Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply to every order placed with ILM Assignment Help, across WhatsApp, email, or our order platform.

Last updated: July 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

By placing an order with ILM Assignment Help, whether via WhatsApp, email, or our order platform, you agree to these terms. They apply regardless of which channel you use to place your order.

2. The Service

We provide academic writing and assignment support for candidates studying City & Guilds ILM leadership and management qualifications. Our output is expert-written reference and guidance material, intended to support your own understanding and evidencing of your management practice. We do not guarantee a specific grade or assessment outcome, since that depends on factors outside our control, including your own use of the material and your assessor's judgement.

3. Orders and Payment

An order is confirmed once you have agreed the scope, deadline, and price with us. Pricing is based on ILM level, unit complexity, word count, and deadline. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

4. Delivery

Completed work is delivered by email or through our order platform within the agreed timeframe. If a delay becomes unavoidable on our side, we will give you at least 48 hours' notice ahead of the original deadline where possible.

5. Revisions

Revisions are unlimited and free of charge within 14 days of delivery, provided the request is based on the original brief and assessment criteria. Requests that go beyond the original scope, or that are made after the 14-day window without an active revision already in progress, may be treated as a new order. Full detail is set out in our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Once an order is paid in full, the completed work is yours to use as reference and guidance material for your own assignment. Work that has not been paid for in full remains our property. We do not resell or reuse your completed order for any other client.

7. Acceptable Use

Our output is intended as reference and guidance material to support your own academic work. You are responsible for using it in a way that complies with your training provider's academic integrity policy. See our ILM academic integrity policy for the specific boundary between legitimate support and malpractice. Redistribution of completed work to third parties outside your own use is not permitted.

8. Confidentiality

Your personal details, employer, training provider, and order content are not shared outside the writer and reviewer assigned to your order. See our privacy policy for full detail.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any impact on your academic outcome. This does not exclude or limit liability for fraud or for anything else which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.

10. Refunds

Refund eligibility is set out in our refund policy and money-back guarantee, both of which form part of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this page, and continued use of our service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
