When a Refund Is Available
- The order is not delivered by the confirmed deadline, and no advance notice of a delay was given
- The work does not match the agreed brief or unit assessment criteria, and this remains unresolved after the standard revision process
- A quality issue you have raised remains unresolved after we have had a full opportunity to revise the work
Refunds may be full or partial, depending on the extent of the shortfall and how much of the order was affected.
When a Refund Is Not Available
- The work has already been revised to meet the agreed brief and assessment criteria
- You are requesting changes that go beyond the original scope of the order (a new topic, a different unit, or a materially larger word count)
- Specific concerns were not shared with us, so we were not given the opportunity to revise the work
- The request is made more than 14 days after delivery, without an active revision request already in progress within that window
- The dissatisfaction is general and not tied to a specific, documented assessment criterion or brief requirement
Refunds are not issued for a first draft alone, without a revision attempt first, since our standard process is designed to resolve concerns through revision before a refund is considered.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at assignmenthelptalk@gmail.com or via WhatsApp, quoting your order details and the specific reason for the request. We aim to respond to refund requests within 3–5 business days. Where a refund is approved, processing typically takes 5–10 business days, plus your payment provider's own processing time.
