Money Back Guarantee: Your Order Is Protected

If your order genuinely fails to meet the agreed brief after the revision process, you are entitled to a refund under the terms below.

Last updated: July 2026

What the Guarantee Covers

  • Work that fails to match the agreed brief, such as the wrong unit, wrong ILM level, or missing core requirements
  • Work that remains below the required standard after our full revision process has been completed
  • Non-delivery of your order past the agreed deadline, where no advance notice of a delay was given

What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

  • Scope changes requested after delivery, such as a different topic, unit, or a materially larger word count, which are treated as a new order
  • General dissatisfaction that is not tied to a specific, documented requirement of your brief or assessment criteria
  • Claims made without first completing the standard revision process, so we have not had the opportunity to put things right
  • Requests made more than 14 days after delivery, without an active revision already in progress within that window
  • Your own institution's assessment outcome, since we cannot guarantee a specific grade, only that the work matches the agreed brief and criteria

How to Claim

Contact us at assignmenthelptalk@gmail.com or via WhatsApp, with your order details and a specific description of what does not meet the agreed brief or criteria. We will confirm the revision process first; if the concern remains unresolved after that process, we will assess your claim against the terms above within 3–5 business days.

This guarantee sits alongside our broader refund policy, which covers additional circumstances such as non-delivery, and our general service policy.

Common Questions

Is the money-back guarantee the same as the refund policy?

They overlap but are not identical. The money-back guarantee specifically protects against your order failing to meet the agreed brief or assessment criteria after the revision process. Our refund policy covers a slightly broader set of circumstances, including non-delivery.

Do I lose the guarantee if I request revisions first?

No, the opposite: the guarantee requires the revision process to be completed first. Requesting revisions does not affect your guarantee; it is a required step before a guarantee claim can be assessed.
